1. Personal use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to print and use these files for yourself and your household. You may print multiple copies for your own use, for example to reprint a damaged piece.

2. What you can't do
Please respect the artist copyright and terms, and don’t:

• resell, share, give away, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, in digital or printed form

• upload them to any website, file-sharing service, or social media platform

• sell colored, printed, or finished dolls or outfits, or use the artwork on products

• edit, trace, or remix the artwork to create something you sell or share

• use the artwork to train AI or machine learning tools

• claim the artwork as your own

3. Sharing your finished dolls
I'd love to see your creations. Photos of your finished, colored dolls are welcome on social media if you credit @paperdoll_society and don't share the blank files or line art.

4. Copyright
All artwork and files remain the property of Paper Doll Society [Louma El-K Illustration] and are protected by copyright. Buying them gives you a license to use them, not ownership. Unauthorized use or sharing will be reported to the platforms it appears on, and I may take legal action.

5. Delivery
Files are delivered digitally by email through your order's download link. Check your spam folder first, and contact me if you haven't received them within 24 hours. Please download and save your files right away. Download links expire after 30 days and will not be emailed again.

6. No refunds
Because these are digital files that you receive immediately and can't return, all sales are final and digital files are non-refundable. I can't offer refunds because of change of mind, printer or paper problems, color results, or ordering the wrong item.

The one exception is a technical problem on my end, such as a corrupted, missing, or incorrect file. If that happens, contact me within 24 hours of your purchase and I'll replace the file.

For buyers in the EU/UK: by completing your purchase, you ask for immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the files are delivered.

7. Printing and results
Results depend on your printer, paper, ink, and settings, which I can't control. Please follow the printing and assembly instructions. I'm not responsible for printing problems caused by settings, paper, or equipment.

8. Safety
These are craft kits, not toys. Printed paper dolls have small pieces, and scissors and craft knives are sharp. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Small pieces are a choking hazard for children and pets.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, my liability for any claim relating to these files is limited to the amount you paid for them.

10. Privacy
I use the email address you provide at the time of purchase to deliver your purchase, and provide support. By providing your email address, you also agree to being automatically added to the Paper Doll Society email list and receive occasional news and offers from me. I will never sell or share your email address or any private information you provided.

11. Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time. They are governed by the laws of the Netherlands where this website/business is founded.
